Welcome to Your New Training Space in Heathfield
This is a first look at the proposed layout for our new gym on Heathfield High Street. A purpose-built space designed to keep training simple, focused, and effective.
The environment has been planned with one goal in mind: to give you everything you need for a complete workout, without distraction.
A Space Built Around Real Training
The gym is structured into four key training zones:
Cardio Zone for heart-rate training, endurance work, and warm-ups, equipped for steady-state and interval sessions.
A focused Strength Area featuring free-weight space designed for progressive strength training.
A selection of Resistance Training machines and resistance equipment to support controlled movement, muscle development, and injury-conscious training.
Plus, a quieter Stretch & Recovery space for mobility work, cooldowns, stretching, and pre/post-training preparation.
Designed for Flow, Not Crowds
The layout prioritises space, visibility, and ease of movement between zones. Each area has been positioned to reduce congestion and support a natural training flow — from warm-up to work sets to recovery.
The result is a gym that feels open, structured, and easy to navigate, even at peak times.

This animation represents the planned final design of the gym interior. While some details may evolve during build and fit-out, the core layout, zoning, and training philosophy will remain the same.

Facilities
To support comfort and practicality during every visit, the gym includes:
3 unisex toilets with 1 being accessible
3 integrated shower facilities
All are fully insolated from the gym space for maximum privacy, making them a perfect changing and transition space for our members
